Je moet geslaagd zijn voor de modules 'Bistrogerechten met vlees en gevogelte', 'Bistrogerechten met vis', 'Bistrogerechten met groenten en kruiden' en 'Bistro-nagerechten' (Gastronomisch koken 2 en 3).

Je ontvangt de deelcertificaten van de modules "Restaurant à la carte" en "Restaurant à la carte en keukenorganisatie".

The price is composed of:

• The legal registration fee: € 360
  (Subject to a decree amendment. Decree amendments take precedence over the centre regulations.)
• Training supplies: € 66 (Inclusief course material and/or digital material and/or raw materials, ...)
• Any equipment used during the lessons: you do not have to pay these costs immediately when you register, but later at the start of the lessons or online via my file.

Number of class times: 160 (including evaluation and deliberation)
